It starts with our work
Supporting a healthy planet, engaged communities and a sustainable economy is why we come to work every day.
We embrace challenges. We seek to innovate.
And we love to tackle problems and opportunities that require the input and contributions of diverse actors.
Advancing reconciliation for a better Canada
Reconciliation is important for all Canadians as we work together to build a better Canada. Rooted in our core values of relationships and respect, Stratos has developed a Reconciliation Strategy to guide the integration of reconciliation into our work and culture. Please read more here.

These partnership is built upon principles of friendship, community, reciprocity and transparency. Investing in our community
Our connection to the communities where live and work is core to who we are.
Our team volunteers actively in the community, sitting on boards and contributing to local initiatives.
By donating 1% of pre-tax profits to non-profit organizations and paving the way for employees to take volunteer days, Stratos is proud to be a Caring Company, supporting community projects and organizations like the Ottawa Food Bank, Ottawa Mission and the Ottawa Riverkeeper.
Respecting our environment
Stratos is a carbon-neutral company, certified by Offsetters. We are also a proud member of the Carbon613 network.
To ensure we reduce the environmental and social footprint of the goods and services we consume, we also adhere to a strict procurement policy and purchasing process.
We’re always on the lookout for new ways to reduce our environmental footprint and opportunities to share these ideas with our clients.
Valuing our employees
Quite simply, Stratos is a great place to work. We place a premium on fostering a sense of respect in the workplace.
The work we do requires a lot of hard thinking so we also respect our team’s need to rest, refuel and rebalance. In the long run, we believe a healthy work/life balance makes us better consultants, colleagues and people.
Stratos is dedicated to creating a welcoming, equitable and inclusive environment for our clients, partners and employees. Through training, communication, accommodation measures and recruitment practices, we strive to provide an inclusive, barrier-free environment where employees, partners and clients have equitable access to employment and our services.
