Science, innovation and clean technology are set to play a critical role in achieving our 2050 net zero climate target and in diversifying and growing the Canadian economy. Not only do these initiatives need to deliver on ambitious environmental and economic objectives, but they must also drive the full and just inclusion of all Canadians in this future. This will require systems thinking, collaboration and investment at a once-in-a-generation scale.

Stratos has the privilege of collaborating with a wide range of public and private sector change agents as they work to design and deliver complex policies, programs and initiatives. We combine a strong network and expertise in science, innovation and clean economy with practical strategic advice and implementation support including: program design and delivery, horizontal and cross-organizational collaboration, data solutions, and organizational effectiveness. We regularly support capacity building workshops, panels, and have led multi-party dialogues between governments, industry, finance community, indigenous organizations and public stakeholders.

Stratos has a proven capacity to support strategic and results-focused engagements in science and innovation policy, northern and indigenous issues, and effective governance across a range of sectors. Their principled approach, deep networks and strong team have been an invaluable resource.”

The Director of the Arctic and Northern Challenge Program gratefully acknowledges the ongoing support provided by Stratos Inc., and specifically Jennifer Davis (Partner), Kathryn Lupton (Consultant), Genevieve Donin (Consultant) and Courtney Kehoe (Senior Consultant) for their careful guidance and continued support throughout this process. The role of Stratos as an independent third party agency helping to arrange, lead, collect, and report on feedback from Northerners has been critical to the program development, and greatly increased the credibility of our engagement efforts.”
