
EMILY CADDELL
Emily Caddell joined Stratos as a Consultant in December 2018. She is motivated by tackling complex problems, recognizing the relationships between people and places. Emily works with corporate, public sector and civil society clients to address policy and regulatory issues and improve organizational effectiveness through strong analysis and planning. Emily provides a range of services, including supporting the design, management and facilitation of consultation and engagement processes on a range of environmental, social and governance issues. Emily’s interests include natural resource management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and work related to Canada’s north.
Prior to joining Stratos, Emily worked at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Emily holds a Master of Environment Studies in Social and Ecological Sustainability from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability and International Development Studies from Dalhousie University. Emily’s masters thesis research focused on regional land use planning for the Peel Watershed in Yukon. Emily is a proud Franco-Ontario, she enjoys being able to support her clients in both official languages.
